We are happy to announce that Fabio Casati will be keynote speaker at the conference.

Fabio Casati is professor of Computer Science at the University of Trento, Italy, dean of the ICT Doctoral School and adjunct professor at UNSW Sydney. He got his PhD from the Politecnico di Milano and then joined HP Labs, Palo Alto, for over 7 years as Technical Lead for the research program on business process intelligence. Fabio has contributed (as software and data architect) to the development of several HP solutions in the area of web services and business process management. He is the author or co-author of over more than 150 papers and a book on Web Services, he is member of the editorial board of ACM TWEB, and member of the steering committee of the international conferences on Service-Oriented Computing and Business Process Management. He is leading or participating to several FP7 projects, is active in many industry-funded projects, and has over 20 patents. His interests are now in social informatics, or, informatics at the service of the community. His latest efforts are on IT for better living, on lowering the barrier to sharing information and emotions, and on social processes.
