XXXI International Conference of the Chilean Computer Science Society (SCCC'2012)
The SCCC conference is a forum for the presentation of recent original work and an opportunity for students and researchers to extend their research network. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS).


XXIV Encuentro Chileno de Computación (ECC'2012)
The ECC'12 is an opportunity for researchers, students and professionals to share ideas and network. Authors are invited to submit papers describing original, previously unpublished work in all areas of Computer Science.


XIV Congreso Chileno de Educación Superior en Computación (CCESC'2012)
The purpose of the "Congreso Chileno de Educación Superior en Computación" is to facilitate the improvement of the teaching practices in the formation of professionals and graduated in computing through the result interchange.


Encuentro de Tesistas (ET'2012)
The Post-graduate Meeting reunites every year students of the masters and PhD programs in computing sciences and related areas of chilean universities. The idea of the meeting is to show to the hole computing community in Chile the investigation work done by the students in the area and, at the same time, that the graduated students recibe comments of another students, researchers and teachers from other universities about their thesis work. The meeting will take place along the Jornadas Chilenas de Computación 2012.


II Encuentro de Mujeres en Computación (WSCCC'2012)
The purpose of the "Encuentro de Mujeres en Computación" is to promote collaboration among women, as well as to improve their experience within the Computer Science field in Chile. To this end, we invite interested parties to propose non-technical sessions like panels and round-table discussions on topics that may be of interest to the intended audience (for example: mentoring, work-life balance, graduate school opportunities). We also invite people to present their research results.


IV Chilean Workshop on Pattern Recognition (CWPR'2012)
The CWPR 2012 will be a fruitful forum for the sharing of new knowledge and exchange of international scientific results and experiences in pattern recognition and related areas.


IV International Workshop on Advanced Software Engineering (IWASE'2012)
Tradicionalmente un workshop ha sido un lugar de encuentro y discusión libre de ideas, pero en años recientes la presión por publicar y el anclaje de financiamiento de viajes a publicación los ha llevado a convertirse en mini-conferencias. Esta 4ta edición del International Workshop on Advanced Software Engineering (IWASE) quiere aprovechar el hecho de que se celebrará en Valparaíso y será simultáneo a las JCC'12 para recrear un foro como lugar de *encuentro activo*, en que la comunidad de Ingeniería de Software en Chile y países vecinos pueda interactuar, conocer a sus numerosos miembros nuevos y antiguos, y generar eventuales posibilidades de colaboración.


III International Workshop on Formal Methods (ChWFM'2012)
The Workshop on Formal Methods aims to bring together members of the Latin American scientific community (extending to the world community) that research on formal methods, to incentive and to promote the interchange of knowledge, spreading of scientific work, discussion of proposals, and the collaboration between researchers and students.


I Chilean Workshop on User eXperience with Information Technology (UXwIT'2012)
The First Chilean Workshop on User eXperience with Information Technology (UXwIT 2012) will take place in Valparaíso, Chile, next November 12-16th, 2012. The workshop is organized by NicLabs Chile in the context of CUDEN SticAmsud Project. The event is part of the Jornadas Chilenas de Computación 2012, a wider national-level event that comprises a number of conferences and workshops, and it is organized by the Chilean Society of Computation Science (SCCC) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV). The UX4TI 2012 will be a fruitful forum for the sharing of new knowledge and exchange of international scientific results and experiences in user experience, collaborative systems, and related areas.


WBPM 2012: Workshop Chileno de Business Process Management (BPM)
El BPM (Business Process Management) es una disciplina que promueve la gestión por procesos de mejora continua apoyada en tecnologías de la información. El Workshop Chileno de BPM (BPM-JCC 2012) convoca a especialistas profesionales y académicos en temas relativos a BPM a presentar trabajos originales con propuestas o casos de estudio en las siguientes temáticas o afines.
